This totally .. it's really interesting finding out who's overrated and who steps up come pressure time. Iguodala has proved to be a far superior player.. heck even David Lee might be better. Green has been found wanting big time .. Same with Barnes.

The Warriors don't have the personnel to beat the Cavs inside. The 3 point shot has to be a main weapon of theirs - the problem is they can't generate good looks from 3 because the Cavs are trapping Curry and Thompson on every PnR and leaving the screener (Green/Bogut) completely alone. Green and Bogut aren't scoring threats, so the Cavs are getting away with it.

David Lee seems to be the solution for that problem - especially since the Cavs no longer have Kyrie Irving to abuse him in PnR on the other end.

I don't understand the random hate people have for other people. Specifically famous athletes.

Who cares if someone has some swag on the court. He just enjoying the game in his own way. It's not hurting anyone. The guy is actually pretty good too. He has done some amazing and entertaining things on the court.

Hate is a strong word. Dislike, despise, repulsive would be the more correct assessment of what I feel toward guys like Rodman, J.R. Smith, etc. The initial dislike for those guys is "appearance". I find there appearance to be repulsive to my senses!

Re·pul·sive: revolting, disgusting, abhorrent, repellent, repugnant, offensive, objectionable, vile, foul, nasty, loathsome, sickening, nauseating, detestable, execrable, abominable, monstrous, noxious, horrendous, awful, terrible, dreadful, frightful, obnoxious, unsavory, unpleasant, disagreeable, distasteful; ugly, hideous, grotesque.

Why do some feel this way about guys like Rodman, J.R. Smith, Iverson, etc? Probably has to do with upbringing where the emphasis was on "decency?"

"Appropriateness, civility, correctness, courtesy, decorum, etiquette, good form, good manners, modesty, propriety, respectability, seemliness"

And since "decency" trumps "leniency" and "tolerance" ....that's the way some of us feel.

Personally, I don't like J.R. Smith's game nor did I like Iverson's game...as they were not unselfish players with high basketball IQ's! Rodman played unselfishly, however, his repulsive appearance was just too much for me to take or stomach! Actually, it's true of many NBA players, that although they may be nice guys on and off the court (I say that tongue in cheek) there appearance with all the puncture wounds with ink poured into them makes it hard for me to accept as decent people. Others, it does not bother them. It bothers me.

I find it incredible that someone could claim "decency" is so incredibly important to them and then talk about people from other backgrounds the way you do. I guess we have completely different definitions of decency.
