Jazz offer NY a combination of 12, a future first, Hood, Trey for #4 and Calderon. NY wants Favors... Impasse comes down to the final minutes. Jazz take Zinger or Zonja.
If that doesn't work, Jazz offer 12 and a future first to Charlotte for 9. Jazz take Oubre or Turner.
If Trey isn't in another deal, Jazz offer Trey and a 2nd-rd pick to Cleveland for #24. Jazz draft a shooter (e.g., Vaughn) or PG (e.g., Wright), unless Harrell is still there.

Minny won't trade #1 for Favors. They might for Gobert + X.
I like that NY deal, actually. The Knicks take a #4 pick they aren't psyched about and turn it into Kaminsky, Hood, Trey, cap relief and a pick. They probably should take Mudiay though.
