Zach Lowe tells Utah (and a couple other teams) what to do in free agency

Don't you understand Hack Hayward is these guys deity you can mess with anyone else on the team.

Burks, Hood they are throw aways compared with Hayward that crapped out the last games of the year getting us almost to the playoffs.

What none of these jackals realize is the only untouchable player on the team is Gobert without him we would have had the sixth pick overall because he was the only AllStar caliber player we had last year also that Hood stepped up and did what Hayward has never done became a knock down shooter.

Hayward is to our offense what Gobert is to the defense. We would score 80 points a game without Hayward. I consider them equal, but Gobert will *probably* overtake him in value next season.

You aren't listening to what I'm saying.

I've clearly said that moving on from Burks is an option. I have my doubts about his fit and talent.

My argument is that if you really like Burks, then you have to think twice about hiring his replacement.

You don't just add players just because you can.

Have a ****ing plan man.

I get it, just don't think he's going to mind if we're winning 50+ games. And I think we would be.

Actually I would argue against LA just because I'm not a fan of his game at all.

But lots of guys do like his game.

Just imagine you are DL... LA wants to sign here for the max. You tell him no?

I don't love his game either, but I'd sign him in a second... look at all the teams lining up for him.

He would never sign here though because he'd likely end up going full Ron Burgandy if he had to see Gobert in practice every day... he'd be wandering the temple grounds with a full beard talking about milk being a bad choice by all star break.

This place is funny.

Do you all know why Paul Millsap wouldn't sign with us again? You do realize that players will make decisions based on how you handle them right? You do know that's part of it right? And you do know this isn't a video game. Right?

Ya, players could care less what you do with them. Never has a player gotten upset based on decisions made by management.

NBA 2k bitches. All the chemistry setting turned off, let's do this.

You know who wins championships... teams with players that are willing to be used however is best for the team...

How many of the "lets go but someone because- SALE!!!" bitched about AK47's contract. While you are building (we still are building) flexibility is important. It's not like we have a giftcard that is expiring. That money would be useful next year too, especially if we have a hole that we know needs filled. It is a lot easier to get a guy to come in and fill that hole than to "just add talent." Nobody is coming in at 15 million unless we are criminally overpaying them or they are promised a starting spot. Probably both.

It doesn't matter anyway. We are getting Monta Ellis. . .

Splitter would be a great 3rd big.

Splitter + Mills for $10 million in unguaranteed contracts. Gett'r done.

Allll Daayyyyy. Splitter not a fantastic fit, but yeah. Plus wait until a center gets hurt on a win now team and Mozgov him for picks.

DL counters clevelands offer and throws in the OKC pick and the rights to Ante Tomic (I won't rest until we trade his rights)

I hope Aldridge goes to San Antonio. Aldridge doesn't scare me at all. I hope Gasol stays in Memphis. Gasol would be scary next to Leonard.
