ESPN sources say Milwaukee and Khris Middleton are closing in on five-year, $70 million deal
12:00 AM - 1 Jul 2015
Middleton would be considered our 4th best player....at best. Is that worth 5/$70M ?
I hope to God Utah doesn't sign Middleton to the max. Why would we? Wouldn't be surprised if Hood put up the same (or better) numbers than Middleton this season....
Gobert, Favors, Antetokounmpo, Hayward and Exum.
I'm just not sold on Middleton or green being better than Burks or hood.
Green looks better right now but he could decline on a different team and Burks and hood could get allot better
In other words, I don't think Middleton or green are the guys that being home the championship to slc
Wait a minute. . . if the Bucks give Middleton a 5 year deal, that means that the CAN'T give Antetokounmpo a full max when his contract comes up. Similar to how the T'Wolves messed up between Rubio and Love. . .
Giannis is the guy the Jazz should be chasing. I'd personally give a boatload of picks to Milwaukee for him, even knowing that he likely never becomes a great shooter. Have him play some 3 and 4. Gobert, Favors, Antetokounmpo, Hayward and Exum. Keep Lyles, Burks and Hood for the bench/6th man duties. If the Greek Freak and Dante ever figure out their shots, that would be a downright scary team.
These. I think Hood is going to be special. He will be the one mentioned as a big free agent signing in the future, with teams doing all they can to pry him away from the Jazz. Book it.
I haven't been around much bit since when do you post on the Jazz forum.. lolLyles Burks and Hood gives you rock solid scoring off the bench. Might be the best bench in the league at that. Better just hope that your starters can hold the opposing teams to single digits as scoring will pretty light in that group.
