Best Gym in Utah

I know we talked about this one time on the old board. But I've had some experience with gyms and was wondering your experience.

First of all, do you go to a gym? Where?

Secondly, which gym have you found to be the most attractive?

I've been to 4:

Golds/Vasa in Provo, University Ave, N Orem, and Riverton. I've never been to 24 fitness.

The Provo and University Ave ones were incredible. Those BYU girls make up for making to live the honor code and wear pioneer dresses during the day. I love how huge the University Ave one is, with lots of machines, stations, and cardio machines.

The N Orem one was ok but smaller. The Riverton one is pretty small as well, I've only been there a few times. Attractiveness was ok.

I've heard that the one in Draper is nuts. In fact missionaries are prohibited from
Going there due to so many Cougars wanting to take advantage.

Are you talking about best gym to perv over women? Jesus.

Easily Vasa, cheapest and best bang for your buck.....I pay $21/month for access to any gym in the state and they're everywhere along with all being top of the line (at least the ones I've been to)

They have better deals every now and then. I paid 200 for 2 year membership. Keep an eye out for those.

Which ones?

I'm a lil worried about my new one at the south end of the valley. It's a lil smaller than what I'm used to.

Down in St. Geezy the best gym for equipment is easily Desert Psalms Fitness Center, They're the only ones who have the Vibrating power plate (New fitness breakthrough) Where I went to bulk up, very friendly open clientele you can talk to about what works for them and what doesn't.

The cheapest is Vasa, as low as $10/month no contract. Full Bball court, Hot tub, Sauna and Steam room and racket ball too.

Summit Athletic Club has 3 locations here, nice family plans and 1 of the locations is 24/7 which is a nice perk.

Planet Fitness has tanning beds, and if you have their "black membership" you get to bring a friend daily for free, they also serve pizza the first monday of the month.

STG gym rat, ask me anything.

Around here it's Provo Rec by a mile. Good basketball runs, good atmosphere, good pools, good equipment, good running track. You have to kick some 10 year olds off the bball courts every once in awhile though when it's really busy, so that's a bit tricky to navigate with their parents and such floating about. A little pricier than the other gyms. But the quality of basketball makes up for those small negatives.

The new gym at the University of Utah is by far the best gym I've been to (and I've been to all those Vasa gyms you mentioned).

How big is the University of Pootah's basketball court area?

I think you can have 4 full court games going at once. There are some other courts on another level, but they're usually used for soccer and other ish.

Damn only 4 courts? Aren't yall over 30K students?

We only have about 20K at MSU and we have 4 courts and they are always packed.

Unless I'm just remembering wrong.

And there are other courts on another floor, but idk how many exactly. Doesn't seem like they get used as much.
