first off, vans used to be cool, and I wish they were again. I think the new Odyssey (with some work done) is about as close as we get these days.
You know whats worse than driving a minivan? Trying to convince yourself your minivan cool. They aren't cool, but they are functional. Your not fooling anyone, its still a minivan. Minivans are lame. They are lame until you've got a ton of kids and then they are amazing. Thats why I'll never have a ton of kids. So I don't have to drive a minivan.

Outside of looking cool and towing, minivans are way better. Better MPG, better storage, easier to get in and out of, built for functionality not coolness. Took a minivan on a road trip and was converted to how great it would be to have one. Still have an SUV because I'm prideful as fuh.

My aunt had a golf wagon in Europe that seated 7, and had a 1.9 TDI. 1200km on a 70L tank (I know this is gibberish).
