All-Time NBA Draft Final Four: Ellis269 vs. One Love

Who would win in a 7 game series?

Except Wilkins has dominated Pippen whenever he plays...

And you're forgetting that Dirk is on my team... the best 3pt shooting PF ever.

Dominated so much so that the Hawks beat the Bulls in the playoffs how many times?

W-L records depends a lot on who you have on your team as well as coaching, etc. Too difficult to compare win/loss when comparing individual players IMO.

Yeah and your team's wings stink defensively. Get over it.

Ellis wins.

Next!

To me Jordan's dominance is muted by the fact that Payton/Jordan/Pippen provide very little 3pt point shooting and the spacing is going to be extremely limited and very crowded in the middle as well.

It's not always about having big names in your team, it's about how they fit together as a team as well.

Seriously, what a joke this comment is.

Look at this matchup, and tell me how you voted against my team with that kind of thinking. AND, AND.... you had the nerve to use it against the greatest player of all time, and not against the team I was matched up against.

How about some intellectual honesty One Love??

Team White Chocolate:

PG - John Stockton / Bob Cousy
SG - Pete Maravich / Ron Artest
SF - Julius Erving / Elgin Baylor / Antoine Walker
PF - Willis Reed / Wes Unseld / Rashard Lewis
C - Bill Walton / Amar'e Stoudemire

Team Hack:

PG - Stephen Curry / Derrick Rose
SG - Ray Allen / Penny Hardaway
SF - Klay Thompson / Latrell Sprewell / Andrew Wiggins*
PF - Anthony Davis / Derrick Favors / Robert Horry
C - Shaquille O'Neal / Dikembe Mutombo

Tim Duncan has to be one of the most underrated player to have ever played the game.

He didn't have Pippen (Jordan), he didn't have Wade (LeBron), he didn't have Kobe (Shaq), etc, all of whom are future HOFers. He only had Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili who are good players but I don't think you can say they are one of the GREAT players of all time.

To have taken a team with Parker and Ginobili to win 4 Championships (not counting the 1 he won with Robinson) is a GREAT achievement and is a testament to how valuable he is as a team player.

You can't compare that match to this match. Stockton is a GREAT three point shooter, shooting 38.4% over his career. On the other hand Gary Payton shoots 31% over the course of his career.

That is a BIG difference between White Choc's team and Ellis' team.

Dude you started Klay Thompson and drafted Wiggins, Favors, Horry, etc. It's over and done with no need to get bitter.

Maravich is a deadly shooter as well.

Cmon really?

First of all. Tim did get a ring with a guy named David Robinson.

2nd, Ginobli and Parker will probably be hall of famers, and are nothing to sneeze at. They are great players. He doesn't have the same career without those guys.

3rd, Duncan played for probably the best coach of all time. Greg Popavich.

Are you saying Ginobili is on the same level as DWade and Kobe????

Is Popavich not on the same level as Phil Jackson????

I would argue that Duncan made Parker and Ginobili a lot better and Popovich has even said Duncan is a big reason why he is a good coach. A lot of people would argue that as well.
