Nice cherrypick. He played 43 games that year, only started 4. It was his last season in the NBA as well.

You have to be a dumb mother****er if you think Pete Maravich wouldn't have shot a lot of threes.

Marshall worked himself into better condition, and when Russell sprained an ankle in early January, Sloan put Marshall in the starting lineup. He hasn't been out since. Through Wednesday, Utah was 21-5 with Marshall as a starter, and he's led the Jazz in rebounding during that stretch 10 times.

At 6-10, with his wingspan, Marshall is a tough check on the weakside, where he's feasted on the offensive boards. And with Sloan pushing him to be more consistent running the floor, Marshall's gotten the usual offensive boost from Stockton's precise fast-break passes.

"He's allowed my game to get a little bit easier," Malone says. "Instead of going in the hole 20 times a night, he's allowed me to do other things."

Damn bro, didn't know we cared about people who got stats and lost. Maravich and NOJ just ran the ball up and down the court getting buckets and not winning games.

Hack has better players who actually played meaningful basketball.

If Kanter played on the 70's New Orleans Jazz he probably puts up 20-15 and they still lose a ton of games, just like Maravich and Robinson. But you are starting these dopes. The only difference between them and Kanter is that people here saw Kanter play what was ultimately a losing style of basketball.

They are ****. They never won anything of note. They won a few first round series, then proceeded to get swept or lose heavily in the 2nd round.

The reason Hack beats you is because he has a versatile team. He has good defensive guards who can contain your best players and he doesn't really have to guard your big men that much and he can just easily double down on the post since your team really can't shoot.
