SoHo Food Park in Holladay, UT.

On my way back from work, I noticed this new outdoors spot called Soho Food Park with a bunch of food trucks with tables and benches and a cool atmosphere. I stopped by to check it out, and they had a sandwich truck, waffles truck, BBQ truck, pizza truck, and a Mongolian beef truck. And maybe one or two others that I can't remember. The food was good, and the vibe was pretty cool.

If you live around the Holladay area, you should definitely check it out. It's on Holladay blvd around 4700S. Apparently it's here to stay, and they rotate trucks each day of the week.

... at least he's not going off about how the restaurant industry doesn't need food trucks when we're doing so well with dine in and fast food already.
