I agree with a lot of it. He made some sense.

- Like the part about award shows and being made to feel like the loser when really when you're nominated, you're probably top 4-5 in your category for the industry for that whole YEAR

- Agreed that Timberlake's FutureLoveSexSound should have won Grammys that year, one of the best and most innovative Albums in recent memory, he was robbed.

- Gotta teach our kids to believe in themselves and stand up for what they believe in!!!

- Believe in TRUTH and NEW IDEASSS!!!

Does it strike anyone else as odd that one of the posters most into all of the American gossip and pop-culture scene is a guy who is also supposedly on the exact opposite side of the earth? I can't even figure out what you're doing awake at the same time as the rest of us, OL. There has to be a big part of your story that I'm not aware of. Please tell all. Do you work the graveyard shift? Have you ever met another Jazz fan in New Zealand? Why are you a fan? I think it's cool that you are, but I would like to understand more.

I can at least say with 100% certainty that OL is a Jazz fan, he does live in NZ, and I know his name, where he works, etc..

Why he never sleeps and is infatuated with America's ****ty shows is beyond me.

My story is pretty much well known if you've been paying attention... I own a plants nursery here in NZ. It's currently 3.51pm here so naturally I'm still awake.. LOL

Also I thought everybody knew why I'm a Jazz fan... I grew up watching Stockton & Malone and used to try and imitate how Stockton plays when I play basketball during lunchtime when I was in high school. Still enjoy playing the point & passing the rock. Have been a Jazz fan ever since.

It's like a really bad TED Talk.

I like Kanye the musician, but Kanye the attention seeker annoys me.

"We're not going to control our kids with brands"

"Hey, buy the new Adidas Adidas Yeezy Boost. They cost hundreds of dollars at retail and are sold out everywhere, but you can buy them on Ebay for the low prices of anywhere from $500-$1000+ dollars. DONT LET YOUR KIDS BE CONTROLLED BY BRANDS DOE"

Just curious...

Do other industrialized countries of the world deal with this?

It seems that our political system has suddenly been hijacked by hot brainless women (Palin in 08), reality TV stars, and now rappers (West). Yet, when I see leaders from Germany or Japan, they all seem like smart and rational people. I know it wasn't always like this. Teddy, FDR, and Eisenhower weren't beautiful creatures full of hyperbole. So at one point we were led by smart people.

What happened?

Is the movie idiocracy becoming a reality?

Haha.. yeah I did pick up on that hypocrisy.

Wtf are you talking about?

You realize all these antics Kanye does is just to keep him in the public discussion? He doesn't release a ridiculous amount of music like a lot of rappers do, so he likes to keep himself in the discussion by doing these kind of things along with his other ventures like fashion.

Kanye for President is just another antic that will keep him in the mainstream media discussion. To say that he is influencing the political system is kind of a hyperbole.

****ign ridiculous. He collabed with French label A.P.C. as well, which also makes a ton of expensive clothing (albeit really awesome clothing).
