You don't have to watch Dragon Ball (I don't) to be aware of Goku. And idk who that pink dude is, but he's tubby and looks like the Twitter dude. So it's funny.

Apparently in the cartoon Dragon Ball Z, there are two characters named Goku and Majin Buu. Majin Buu looks like that guy on Twitter who dissed Rudy. At one point they fight one another, and Goku defeats Majin Buu.
