Obviously, if you do what's right on and off the field, I think the Lord steps in and plays a part in it. Magic happens.
 
Edit: im wrong in this case, ute fans should be bitching about emery.
I just watched the play and that was a very dirty, intentional, sucker punch.

Dude should get a very lengthy suspension.
 
I didn't get to watch the game due to the fact that I'm a DTV suscriber, but I wasn't surprised to see Kaufusi's big, fat, goose egg in the box score.

I usually can give credit where credit is due to BYU players. Collinsworth is a good player, Haws was a pain in the ***, etc. but any time I've ever watched Kaufusi play, I've always been extremely underwhelmed. I must be missing something because I always hear BYU fans and even opposing coaches talking him up, but I just don't get it. Other than being born tall, I haven't seen one redeeming quality about him as a player. Total junk IMO.

He's lucky he got out of there alive. I thought Coach Krysko was going to pull his intestines out through his throat.

That crowd was out for blood. I was in the front row right next to the punch. That was bad man.

Complete bitch. Can't wait to see him play in front of a Utah crowd again in '17. It's going to be brutal. Hell, if he's not suspended, Ute fans should pile into Vivint arena this Sat when BYU plays Weber State just to heckle him.

Btw, BYU better bring their "A" game for that one. I've went and checked out Weber a couple times this year and they are much improved.
 
I loved Collinsworth doing his best Derek Fisher impression and breaking his own neck every time he got touched.
And in typical BYU fashion they go out with "Class". I don't know why it surprises anybody anymore they are poor losers.
Emery should be suspended 5 games but he won't be. What a pansy *** little bitch.

I'm so sick of that school. You could not compile a page half as incriminating for any other university yet they are constantly going on and on about their higher standards. What a joke.

I'm a BYU alum and I disagree with 5 games. I'm embarrassed over the pattern of unsportsmanlike conduct by BYU basketball and football players. Emery's punch was unprovoked and a sucker punch from behind. Could have caused injury. Emery should be SUSPENDED FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR. Nothingi less. It's an honor code violation and he should be on probation for the rest of the school year, including losing his spot on the team.
