No, we're just getting out of his contract. This will likely be Raja and the lesser of our two lottery picks (if the Jazz miss the playoffs). I can't imagine Minny (or whoever it is) really wants Raja. But Kahn loves to stockpile draft picks, so he'll accept another one in exchange for eating a contract.

Bell's contract is bad, but it's not that bad. The team needs as many old-school torchbearers and leaders as it can keep around right now. I wouldn't trade Bell unless the Jazz are (miraculously) actually receiving assets for him.

Well so we lost Matthews to sign Raja and now the Jazz are trying to dump one of the picks we just got so we can get rid of the mistake we made in the first place. What's next we re-sign Milt Palacio? I will be pissed if the Jazz trade away another pick because they don't know how to make good decisions.
