I dont really care what the trade is. Just don't trade Hayward, Favors, or Gobert.
I know, I know, he's not a superstar right now. That's precisely the point. You aren't getting one that's already a star without drafting one. And we most likely aren't drafting one if we continue to pick in the late lottery.
He's young, and has a lot of potential. He can already filled it up now when he gets minutes. Minnesota doesn't know what they have. You could talk them into a trade. He's what we need. A guy who can get his own shot. A player who can use his superior athleticism to get where he wants. We have nobody like that.
I know he's a project, but that's why you get him now and train him to be the player you want him to be. It's worth a try.
Am I the only person that cringes at our offenses at the end of games? I like our guys for their defense, but we need to invest in an offensive player.
If you have doubts about his abilities, just watch the highlights of him against us last year, when he went for 37 and closed out the game on us as a rookie. He could be good.
