Have to say, the Jazz got the benefit of some blatantly bad calls this game, but we'll take it.

Gallinari flagrant on Gobert (didn't look like his elbow even made contact)
Nurkic goaltending a Hood layup (Nurkic didn't touch the ball)
Gobert blatant push on Faried alley oop (not called)

not quite sure if you missed the 10 gifts they gave the flopper Gallinari ??

These were the types of games we've been losing. Play sloppy and then we'd turn it on too late, or we'd play good and make bonehead mistakes. Not the greatest game tonight but we got the victory. We didn't shoot ourselves in the foot and make those costly mistakes. Hopefully we've learned something.

Did you see the replay? They showed it in slow motion several times -- he definitely got Rudy, and pretty hard too.

Tends to be the result when you ask a 6'8" player to guard a much bigger and stronger 6'11 player.
One was a double foul.

Isn't it normally the bigger stronger player gets called for more fouls due to their strength affecting the smaller player moreso ??

What about when Gobert intentionally dropped the ball on Gallinari's back? It was after another flop of course...

- Ugly game, good seats

- Nuggets players call Faried the Manimal. I found that funny.

- Mike Miller is either the most supportive or most annoying teammate ever. Standing up talking to dudes constantly.

- Would be waaaaaay more interesting to be behind the Jazz bench. I wanna hear what Jazz players have to say to eachother way more than I want to hear Foye talk to Mike Miller.

- Opponent also matters a lot. Big difference if that's Curry, LeBron, Durrant, Duncan, Kobe, etc. Sitting 5 feet from you. Hard to be in awe of Kenneth Faried.

- Hayward gets pissed at himself when he misses a shot.

- No one is allowed to be comfortable in that arena. I thought it would be way better, but it's actually worse. No arm rest to keep you separated and even less leg room than usual. The old lady next to my was basically on top of me all game.

- The view on the other side of the court was just alright too. It is cool when Neto makes a clutch three right in front of you, but in general if it was a team with players I didn't care about (Nuggets) I think i'd move up a few rows if I got to be dead center.

- Really fun time. But i'm glad I didn't blow $500 or something on those seats. Wait for a super interesting team/sale if you ever want to do it.

- Thank god we got the win.
