Uhh, what? Were we guaranteed to score there or am I missing something? Toronto was getting the last shot either way, unless we got an offensive rebound. You can't call "5 point swing" when there wasn't a probable made basket on our end. Also, it was a deadball TO, so it's not like the turnover led to an open shot.
