Is the Tank Back on?

Jazz are no longer 15th, now they are 12th.

Could easily slide into 11th. 9 or 10 is within reach if they stop trying.

If you are on the tank bandwagon, you gotta hope for a loss to the Pellies on Saturday, the tie-breaker could be important.
 
Big night for you tank fans.

Jazz are currently ranked 12th right behind Orlando Magic.

The Jazz are on a 4 game losing streak and in the middle of a 4 game road trip.

Meanwhile, the Orlando Magic are hosting the Phoenix suns who have only won 4 road games all season and who have lost 4 of their last five and only won 3 games since Christmas.

A loss by the Jazz and a win by the Magic would put them into a tie for 11th spot. Increasing the Jazz odds at a top 3 pick from 2.5% to 2.9%

The next few weeks look tough. Depending on how it goes we could be looking at mid lottery.

What would you be willing to trade along with our pick for Ben Simmons?

Honestly at this point I am willing to trade just about ANYONE on this team for Ben Simmons, who can be a legit #1 for us. That including Rudy Gobert.

It makes you wonder if it really is on, the way Quinn has been substituting lately. We were ahead 24-10 last night and he subbed for Hayward and Rudy earlier than usual, and it seems then that things fell apart and we never regained our momentum. I've noticed this has happened at other times when we were building up leads that substitutions stopped our runs. The lack of consistent PG play may also have something to do with it. Mack against Toronto had a number of momentum-crushing TOs. Something needs to be fixed with Rudy's inability to catch the ball -- it seems he's not ready to catch passes in traffic; his turnovers also have been killing our runs. And we still aren't getting the calls, although in the first half last night it seemed they were calling it correctly -- not in the second half though.
 
I think this recent losing streak on the road has sealed our fate, we will not be making the playoffs. So we might as well be talking draft position and who to select. Who do we make a run for in the off season etc This really hurts tho!
