No lie I actually have a case of plantar faciitis right now. I think I got it from running with my dog too much when the weather got nice. It has been way bad in the morning but gets better throughout the day.

Thing that helps most is stretching my calves allot each day.

Freeze a bottle of water and roll your foot over it... Will change your life. This injury only heals with rest though... We just missed the playoffs basically... This season is almost worse than the ty Corbin final year maybe worse because of my high expectations.
 
^Similar but better. Freeze water in a styrofoam cup. Once frozen, take it out and tear away the sides at the top of the cup. Start rubbing the ice along the bottom of your foot. As the ice melts, pull a little more of the styrofoam off...til you're done. Or just soak your feet in an ice bath.

I actually have a frozen water bottle in fridge for that exact reason since last week. Haven't used it yet though.
 
Foot problems are killer. I have bone spurs, and haven't played since Nov.
First time Ive been injured. You need your feet in basketball more than anything.

Hopefully Hay recovers, and its minor.
