Seriously, if this was involving anything important, it would be made by someone other than Rigby. He may be the team president, but he gets to announce such major things as "We are setting up a section for the Jazz Rowdies" or "We're having a trip giveaway". It might be a Jerry Sloan ceremony, but I doubt it will be anything that effects the team this season. Especially if it's going to be announced on the 5pm radio show.
