What do we want each player to work on?

Exum-3 point shooting, free throw shooting, handle, his body
Hood-3 point shooting, free throw shooting
Hayward-3 point shooting, free throw shooting
Burks-3 point shooting, free throw shooting
Favors-3 point shooting, mid-range game, free throw shooting, post moves
Lyles-3 point shooting, free throw shooting, his body
Gobert-free throw shooting, one post/counter move

My message is obvious. I want to improve our perimeter shooting and free throw shooting.

We were 23rd in free throw % at 74.5%. I wanna be top 15.
We were 12th in three point % at 35.6% and 15th in attempts. I wanna be top five in % and attempts.

If we do this and walk out a healthy team next year for a top 3 team in defensive efficiency, we can win 55 games. We just need to hit our gimmes and threes better and there's no reason we can't.

Shooting everybody shooting

Gobert - HANDS!!!!!! Post move, passing
Favors - strengthening his back, midrange J
Lyles - core strength, 3 point shot, rebounding
Hayward - dribbling in traffic, 3 point shot
Hood - drawing fouls
Burks - jump shots, not slamming into the floor around the hoop
Exum - aggressive driving, 3s
Team - FREE THROWS!!!!!
Snyder - when to yell at refs, out of bounds plays

Gobert - HANDS!!!!!!/QUOTE]

Hands, hands, and more hands. Catch the damn ball, Rudy, and dunk it with authority. Probably could use more explosiveness and lift, as well, which will help his dunking ferocity. Increased strength also will cause players attempting to stop him to risk injury. Needs to get in the weight room, maybe get a weight-training session or two with the Mailman.

Probably not the best for Rudy's back but I wish he'd dribble with these for like 5-10 minutes a day(and try to keep the dribble as low as possible). I think it'd really help his coordination grabbing low passes..

But also focus on teammates getting their passes to Rudy up high rather than passing the ball to him at ankle level.

Gobert needs to have some human adult male hands grafted in place of his inanimate infant doll hands so he can actually catch and hold onto the ball.

We need a coach that has an actual offense, instead of the "run in circles until someone stops dead with the ball with nothing to do with it until someone running in circles happens to run in a circle fast enough to maybe bail him out before they trap and poke the ball loose....oops too late they stole it from doll-hands Gobert yet again" and the ever popular "take the ball and dribble hard into the middle of the defense with your head down hoping to draw a foul and then throw it directly to one of the 4 opposing players that have since converged on you since you were dribbling hard into the teeth of the defense with your head down hoping to draw a foul".

Ugh.
