I cannot believe that there are people on this thread who actually believe that Gordon Hayward is better than Draymond Green. I hate Draymond Green, but the guy can do it all. He can defend 5 positions. He can shoot, pass, and rebound. Yes, Draymond gets to play with those stars. However, those stars wouldn't be as good without Draymond.
And Hayward? C'mon, the guy is good but c'mon. He has had the ability to be "the man" the last two years. The ball is in his hands almost every possession. He gets to shoot, pass, drive, etc. all he pretty much wants. He has the best rim protecting pair in the league behind him. He has an up and coming wing next to him. And you know what, he hasn't led us to the playoffs or a .500 record the last two years. When you get that many touches in 36mpg, you better score 19.7ppg. At some level, you have to realize that somebody has to score. Even the worst teams in the league have guys who average 18+ points because somebody has to score. Every team averages 90ppg. Somebody will score.
If Hayward was on GS, he would not be Draymond. He would probably be Barnes but stick more on the perimeter because he can't guard PF's regularly.
