I have been a season ticket holder for several years now and all I can say is 'bout !%#$!%#$ Time! We need to win.

That said, Hayward is as competitive of a person as you’ll find, so there are some things he would like to see changed in Utah, another source confirmed. He wants to win. He wants better talent around him after a 40-42 season left the team out of the playoffs for the fourth straight year. He’s wanted to play with a really good point guard, which, by the way, makes the trade for veteran George Hill a smart move by the Jazz.

The funny part is that when DL went to go find Hayward, he was doing a balance routine.

Jazz and their fetish for balance.

Hayward and I have something in common. I want better talent around him too.

Hayward took a big step forward 2 years ago. Last year I felt it was a small step back, but he has the ability to play better and continue to improve. With better talent around him, he can be much more efficient. He was playing with 3 3/4th string PG's last year, his SG is a second year player who is still learning to play in the league, and his 4/5 are great, but were each injured for a good portion of games and they had no good backups, until Lyles came on late in the season. He has legit gripe about wanting more talent around him. I think with Hill, Exum, a healthy Burks, and 2nd year Lyles that is a big improvement from last year and he will be more efficient.
