So...


I've just found out today that one of the girls that I went on a date with in Bangkok, (one of the better date I went on, we had a wonderful time at the Bangkok Art Gallery & also were interviewed for a TV programme), .... her father just passed away this week due to blood clot near the heart.


A sudden death.


She's a single child (20 something), and.. is pretty distraught, with only her and her mom left now.


Cherish your life and loved one, guys, ....

Colton's not the sort of guy who tends to draw sexual innuendo, etc. You are. I don't recall exactly what he said in the post I responded to, but it struck me as something quite out of character for him and much more in character for you. I don't mean that as an insult to either of you, BTW.

then why post at all?
 
Man, life is crazy out there. There is a lot of anger and a lot of it is justified. I feel bad for the cops who are trying to do the right thing. I feel bad for people who feel like the system and the police is out to get them.

What I do know is that this is America, and while we stumble along the way, we keep heading in the right direction. Life isn't perfect, but we are closer to utopia than we've ever been.

That being said, I had a huge sword fight with my kids tonight with styrofoam noodles and then watched Gravity Falls with them after while drinking Slurpees.

Sometimes life sucks. Sometimes it's nirvana. Hold tight to the good times.

You sure have grown on me. Hopefully we can keep it civil when college football starts
