No it's not.
There are 30 teams all trying to find some way to eventually win a Championship and there's only one team that can do it a year. This championship or bust mentality is going to fail for 29 teams every year.
That line of thinking stops teams from building strong teams and letting them grow into championship calibre teams over time.
Even if every single thing the Jazz do is the best possible thing they could have done it doesn't guarantee a championship, ever.
