2016 Annual JazzFanz Current Players Draft

ROFL. Cy is such a good little puppy. I could kick him and he'd still follow me around. Go fetch me the paper, Cy.

That's why I didn't take Russ, tbh.
Russ, harden, boogie, and another center who has yet to be picked are some guys that can hurt your vote amongst jazzfanzers. (Cp3 is pretty well hated around here as well. His teammate too.)
I personally really really like cp3 and though I don't like boogie, harden, or russ I definitely recognize their talent and would give up a lot to get them on the jazz.

I remember a few off seasons ago arguing with people because I said I would want harden and westbrook on the jazz. Seemed like the majority of jazz fans at that time would not have taken either player on the jazz even if we didn't have to give anything up.

Smd.

TBH, I wouldn't have picked Harden even with my 24th pick. I know he's a top 10 talent, but I don't like him, and I wouldn't want him on my fantasy team.

I have no problem with Russ or Cousins, and I would pick them in the top 10.

I picked Harden last year and I didnt really want him on my team either, but I made a pretty boss team with him. You'd be crazy not to take him past the 1st round imo.

Klay is an elite, all-time great shooter and in today's NBA, that's huge. He's top 10 right now in transition. He can handle the ball, rebound and pass well for his position. He plays very good defense. And does all this seamlessly, without ego and in the clutch. To me, he is wildly underrated and it's simply because of how he conducts himself. Calm and quiet. He is the best overall #2 right now and to me, it's really not even close. I get the Harden love. I was strongly considering taking him with my next pick and figuring a way to make it work but people always forget how certain players just suck on defense as if that doesn't matter. He is a sieve on d and it kills his teams. The same goes for Kyrie. Dude throws a few solid games of d out on the court in the finals and now we want to pretend he didn't play 300 God awful games of d before that.

Westbrook, yes. Cousins, no. There's 2 other centers on the board still that I like better. Not a big fan of Cousins attitude or his game.

I liked his choke job in game 7.
