What's new

NBA.com's Shaun Powell has us finishing behind POR, OKC, and MIN

start a thread then. I'm sure you'll have several join you in protest

(also, you are a millennial)

I'm aware I am. I have way more in common with people my dads age haha. Like any other generational group, there's good parts and bad parts...I'm just a grumpy old man at heart. ANYWAYS, back to LogGrad98 not answering my questions again.

So even though you've been one of the bigger dicks I'll condescend to answer you.

First I'll wait while you Google "hyperbole" since you seem to be able to differentiate when it suits your purpose otherwise you treat it as a foreign concept. Go ahead, I'll wait.

OK good. As far as hill is concerned I've already said he is a step above our current and former crop of point guards. I just don't see him as the Moses leading us to the promised land. I would love it if he were but so far in preseason he has looked pretty good. Still remains to be seen what he does and how he fits in during a full 82 game season but you never know he might become the perennial all star you seem to think he already is. I'm just more skeptical in that regard. Let's see it first, then I'll believe it.

One of three things is happening right now, as far as I can tell.

(1) the Log Lady pics have really been getting to you, because, otherwise, I've only asked for you to clarify your comments. (It seemed you weren't really paying attention, and I'm heartened to know that you have been [in this scenario]).

(2) We're currently interacting through a trolly schtick you've concocted to ward off JFC groupthink, and these replies are all just fodder for your schtick. If so, super boring shtick, brough. It's already in practice. Redundant. The backpedalling you do in the quoted post is pretty good, though, because you seem to hedge some bets and keep this ****show rolling.

(3) The trans-continental drama of your personal life is simply hammering away at your online existence. And we're just reading the dregs.

I'm still interested in your sober and honest takes on the Jazz, though. I'll keep an eye out for them.

Also, I think calling Dala, NAOS, Stoked and I out on groupthink is rather silly. Outside of Stoked, we're all pretty good at coming up with our own opinion and not parroting. I think we've all had rather unpopular views of players on Jazzfanz at one time or another.

/love ya stoked

Log Grad has built himself an army of strawmen.

Those are all merely the embodiment of the hyperbole he deserves to use. Please see beyond that rhetorical flare, into the heart of his message.

lmfao. Glad to know I'm the rubber stamp.

Not a single poster on this forum has EVER suggested that Hill will become an all-star once, let alone a perennial one. George Hill leading us to the promised land? What?

One bad-take after another. So bizarre.

It's always weird when I get labeled as (or somehow associated with) religious people. Keep reaching, Log.
