Still has potential. Not a high IQ guy but i would love to see him in a Jazz uniform.

How can a tanking team like Phoenix waive Archie Goodwin?
Imo he's too good to be a D-League player.

Archie is better than Chris Johnson. The Thunder waived Mitch McGary and the Celtics waived RJ Hunter. Interesting players.
 
Archie Goodwin is like a thrift store version of Alec Burks and the original owner's cat peed all over him.
 
I see the Jazz rolling with what they have for now (no trades and no surprise waivers) unless something just blows their socks off.
 
I'd rather have Goodwin over both Mack and Neto.
He's still 22.

He plays no defense, can't shoot worth a lick, and obviously has some attitude issues. Didnt PKM go on record saying he is one of the only players to really beef with Cal at UK and he was basically forced out (I might be remembering this wrong).
 
He can find a better spot than Utah. All for it though.

Feel like the Jazz might prefer R.J. Hunter...

Congrats to Derrck Jones for making the roster. He definitely should've been drafted, I had him in the 2nd rd.
 
Archie Goodwin? Tough guy PI, with a near photographic memory. What's not to like? His boss is a bit of a jerk, though.
