What's new

GT: Suns @ Jazz | Dec. 6, 2016 | 7pm MDT

Our core had very little playoff experience. I think it's unrealistic to expect them to dominate for 4 quarters. We're getting there but we're not the Spurs or Warriors yet. I'll take 3 great quarters and the W.
Its the way we are blowing leads though, completely forgetting our defensive identity and willing to just trade buckets.

@the last two post. I agree, but we need to develop that killer instinct. Hopefully this is a blessing in disguise.

I just think that that is what is happening. We haven't made the post season for years. We were down our starting pg and when Hood went down we lost some firepower. Exum was playing D with 5 fouls. The Suns got hot. It happens. But I think this group is expecting to win these games, and for the most part, they are.

There is still a very bad trend of quick guards, especially off the bench, destroying our defense.

While we squeaked out the win, this team still lacks that mental toughness. I'm not sure if it's Quin or the players but we get out of our offense and play isolation ball. Our defense also starts to look like swiss cheese(until it was a necessity).

This team lacks warm bodies.

A big LOL at the suns commentators. They said Gobert deserved a Technical foul for his reverse dunk.

And while I love Joe Ingles, the dude just cant stay in front of quick players to contest any shot. He also gives up a lot of rebounds to guards because he doesnt like boxing out.

Supposedly per Jody sportswriter Hayward finger was throbbing and swollen but X-ray was negative

Ugggg

But he is shooting a top 5 3 point percentage right now. That gives us 2 players in the top 5 with Hill.

Rudy is flipping awesome.

And I'll take the win. Back-to-backs are a joke and should not be part of the NBA schedule. Any win with the injuries + fatigue we're dealing with is impressive.

Such an awful win. It's like they don't realize the 4th quarter matters, which is bizarre.

Still, it's a win. And that Rudy dunk...holy **** that was incredible.
