Good suggestion. Not a huge fan of the guy, but that's exactly the type of mentality that the Jazz need. I'd like to see them go after somebody at the deadline who can fit that role. Either that, or throw some assets at whatever top level guy comes available. Won't be cheap, but adding more talent to the top of the roster would not be a bad thing.
 
1) People are taking waaaaaaaay too much from this game. They were killing us and then started coasting. It doesn't mean they aren't that good or that we are so much better than we thought. There are games like this in sports every week.
2) **** the Dubs. I loathe them. I sort of want the 4 seed (definitely possible), to win in the first round, and then play them in the 2nd round. If we can win one game in the series, I'd be content. If we won two, I'd be very, very happy. It would mean we are that close to taking a leap.
3) Their laughing at Quin infuriates me. If someone has video/audio of that, it needs to be shown before tipoff the night of the next time we play them.
4) Trade for Bogut. I wouldn't say we're a soft team but we're certainly not tough. The Dubs weren't until they added Draymond and Bogut. If we can trade for Bogut, he's the perfect backup center-enforcer type and increases our badassedness in spades.
5) I'm not sure I can mentally give Exum more than about another month to show me something. Anything. I'm to the point where I want to trade him for a legit backup vet pg.

Do you think extensions for Hill and Favors have reached a stalemate? Those have been biggest reasons I haven't supported acquiring more assets against our cap space. If they have, though, then fill it up.

I could be wrong but Bogut is an expiring so it wouldn't hurt us long term AND we would likely have a good chance of re-signing him this off-season. The whole Utah connection doesn't hurt either.

The NBA needs a team to hate I personally enjoy rooting for a team to lose. GSW will one day be an old team losing fans just as fast as they gained them.

Bogut is making $11,027,027 this year. He is expiring.

No clue what it would take to acquire him. Picks, for sure.

We don't have a good salary match to send out unless you want to part with Burks, JJ, or Diaw. That's what makes this tough. The best scenario would be for him to reach a buyout agreement with Cuban and come here. That's pie-in-the-sky ****, doe.

I'm a Buffalo Bills fan [haven't made the playoffs since 2000] and said the same thing on a forum 15 years ago about the New England Patriots...
