FYI...with that 3-point brick...Gordon Hayward is now 0-5 FG on the season with 1 minute or less in the game during "clutch" situations. Ranked 300 out of 344 players.

Nah, that last shot by Hayward we were down 6. Has to be within 5 to be "clutch".

Utah Jazz protocol is to add a factor of safety of 5. For instance, doctors recommend 1 day rest for a hangnail...Jazz will hold out the player for 5 days.

Life on Plate said the 3 wouldn't have mattered since the game was decided already. So I guess a 3 point deficit with 50 something seconds left is an unsurmountable lead...do you agree?

OK, well I care...Everytime a Jazz player takes a 3, I really, really, really, want them to make it no matter what the situation.

I guess we can at least take solace in the fact he shot. There were several possessions tonight where he looked afraid to pull the trigger. One in particular where he came off a screen wide open at the free throw line and didn't even look for his shot. To my eye it also looks as if he isn't trying to get to the basket nearly like he has in the past. Maybe the finger is still giving him trouble and he doesn't want to reinjure it.

guys hayward is not the problem. another 20+ game on great shooting. idgaf if he scores in the clutch. theres no clutch time at all without hayward getting 20+ on good shooting. we need another guy, THATS the problem.

I remember a time when a bunch of people here were saying how Derozan was overrated and Hayward was clearly the better player. LOL. Not even close...
