SLC Dunk - Utah Jazz vs Toronto Raptors: The Overtone

There's no doubt that Toronto draws some of the best crowds in the league.. The reaction to their playoff elimination was awesome last year.

I have a confession to make.

When I found out Tom Washington was the ref, I decided I wasn't going to watch tonight. That guy was the leading man in screwing the Jazz late in close games last year, including the missed call on the Rockets blatant foul on Withey's game tying dunk attempt.

The fact that everybody is upset about the officials in this thread was exactly what I expected when I logged on.

I'd go as far as saying Exum's played excellent ball thru 3 quarters. This a rather promising showing. He's out there making 'glue guy' play after play after play, and he's quick as a cat.. He successful just stayed with DeRozan and funnelled him all the way to the basket..

Depresses the hell out of me

Yeah, he played great D against GSW. THey are GSW though, so defense hardly even matters if they are hitting shots.

So if they are hitting shots that means defence was not good. You just can't be so delusional and think that you can give credit to defender despite somebody shooting lights out on him.

Yeah, he's been great, and that's exactly how he's gotta play at this stage in his career. That will get him plenty of minutes.

Hood is much better man to man defender than Hayward. I am surprised Snyder does not try him on DeRozan

statistics disagree HARD with this statement. Rodney has the lowest DBPM on the team. Hayward 6th best DBPM

sure we've all heard "first to 100 wins" I like to use the arbitrary # of 79 with the Jazz. Lets see how it plays out.
