Ehh, those are shots you kind of have to take when the defense just drops back. They were all good looks he usually hits.

Against teams with rim protection I agree, however against Dallas and certainly against Dirk you attack him every time regardless of how open a look he gives you. Given Dirk will either foul you or just give you the shot.

I'll be pretty mad if Lillard makes it over him. The Blazers ****ing suck and no one can use the same excuse they have for Cousins/Davis that their teams suck.

Hope not. To a certain extent his already padding his rebounding stats by stealing them off the guards who as a result can't get the ball up the court as fast.


Although his rebounding was huge down the stretch today, I just him to communicate with the guards earlier on in games so that we can push the pace. As the game wears on then I don't mind so much.

No man. You can't worry about who you are reboudning over as a rebounder. If you are a great rebounder you have the mentality of going after every board. You really can't turn that off/on. It's not like our guards push the ball off rebounds either, so your point is kind of moot.
 
Loved seeeing the jazz go big with 3 wings and no pint guard. Nice to have savy veterans close out games. Wouldn't have won that without Joe Johnson and Diaw hitting some shots in overtime. Definitely Rudy was the star. He rebounded almost every miss in overtime. He will us to win that one.
