How did he injure his hand in the first place? Did he accidentally slam a mug of beer on his hand? Or did he fall while dancing at a club? Surely it's not sports related, right?

Get him off. We desperately need dedicated players.

Actually he hurt in practice smart guy.
 
He must have been answering the door during practice.
Hand injuries often happen when answering a door.... sometimes involving tripping over a bag.

Come on now he is not Boozer. He has never had a two week injury turn into half a year. Still need a cheap backup center who can play defense next year. Will see if there is anybody better for cheap.
 
If he would agree to something like a 3yr/$5m deal, I would keep the big man. He has played well in flashes and with the exception of Shaq, Yao, and Bynum, he is one of the biggest bodies in the NBA. Sadly he never had the focus to develop their skills.
 
The Jazz have only lost one game this year when Fes played 20 or more minutes, and that loss was to the Lakers.
