How could we possibly know?
How he performs in practice against Gobert/Lyles/Favors/Diaw and his D-League performances.

My concern with that is how long it took for him to get back to even a rotation-level player the last time he was shaking off rust. it was like 10+ games before he found any groove.

I know it was warm-ups and all, but I saw Bolomboy during warm-ups swishing three after three before the Pelican game.

38-42, though I guess that really depends on how effectively Favors plays in the backup C minutes. How many minutes do you guys predict Rudy will be playing in the playoffs?

Right now we've got Diaw as a mostly miserably placeholder at the PF spot, with Joe Johnson seemingly entrenched in his role as a back-up. It seems that Q is setting up things so that, when 'healthy', Favors will step back into his starting role. If this is the case, is it the right approach?
I'm tempted to believe that at this point Joe Johnson should be made the starter for the rest of the season. When healthy, Favors should be the third big. Well, at least I think this is a thread-worthy discussion.

Gobert/Favors/Withey
Favors/JJ
Bolomboy will challenge Lyles for minutes next year. Might even make Boris expendable.
