The simplest/least stressful way for the Jazz to win 50 is to win it's next three games vs. Portland (2 times) and Minnesota. However, Portland still hasn't clinched a playoff spot so they will be playing for their lives. I think Jazz lose one of the two games vs. Porty (most likely the road game).
We will be 49-31 with Warriors & Spurs left. I think both teams are so much better than us and we always play scared against them, that they could still beat us even if resting their starters. Don't think this is possible?...Just look back to the ending of last season when we choked against the Clippers (resting every legit player on their team except for Crawford) to end our playoff chase.

I think so too. But I don't want to rely on San Antonio resting all their players in the final game, so I hope we just win our next two and get it over with.
I'm not too worried about the next Portland game. All we need is for the Jazz to not take the game for granted and Nurkic to not arise from the dead.
We are completely capable of beating SA straight up. We already have in San Antonio this season. I don't want to rely on it either but Jazz could go 51-31
The good news is that the Spurs still play the Clippers. If the Spurs don't take that game seriously, they're even less likely to take their game with us seriously.

I hate that if we get over 50 it'll be a soft 50 or 51 or 52. In my eyes it doesn't count.
Absolutely. The milestone of hitting 50 wins IS huge but NOT as a result of playing a team, where arguably, their best player is NOT playing.
