In their game against the Mavs tonight the Spurs are resting Aldridge, Gasol, and Kawhi. This is on top of Ginobili, Green and Murray being out for injury.

I could see Popovich messing with the Lakers and helping them win last night to panic them over their draft position. That said, the Suns were a game ahead in the loss column and could lose out the rest of the season.

I hope the Spurs play enough of a team when they play the Clippers, but if not, I hope they make the Jazz's final game winnable for the Jazz as well.

I just dont think good teams with nothing to play for have anything to gain playing a ****ty team. Against teams like Jazz/Clippers they gain experience playing a team they might face in the playoffs, so there is something to gain.

Just hear don Locke's Podcast that if 1 team jumps the Lakers and they drop to 4th in the draft they lose their draft pick. HAHAHAHA!! YES!! Come on BB Gods! You owe us!

Not only that. From what I read, if they trade their pick this year, they will concede their 2019 pick to Orlando (or something). If they keep their pick this year, next year's pick go to Philly, so they can't give the 2019 away, and then apparently it turns into two second round picks.

So one team jumping the Lakers in the lottery, and bang goes two top draft picks...
