Actually no, nothing like that. Mo Williams was a 2nd-rnd pick, so it's entirely likely he still would've ended up in Utah. If Raul didn't get hurt, he likely would've been Stockton's backup in 2002-03 and probably the starter heading into 2003-04 instead of Carlos Arroyo. Whether events would've turned out drastically different after that is impossible to determine.

The Jazz would have been a better team, and wouldn't have drafted #5 (3) that year if Mo or a healthy Lopez was on the team. The Jazz probably wouldn't have drafted another PG that draft if they already had a solid PG in either Lopez or Mo. Remember, Lopez was supposed to be better than Parker, and probably would have been if he was healthy.

I remember one game that was meaningless vs. Phoenix where Raul dropped in 26 and I thought here we go. He was hurt the next year so the promise was snuffed.
