I've never seen 5 minutes of LaVar or any of his sons playing basketball, and I'm already ****ing sick of every one of them.

I just saw an article on the 2011 draft and realizing how many difference makers came post lottery. I wasn't really caring about the draft, but I think we can find a good piece for our future.

If there is a question whether a guy is a four or a five they will almost always be better at the five.

Not sure I like the idea of drafting bam if we are trying to play him at the four.

If we want a guy with big muscles take Semi... really like his game. Think he could be a steal.

I'd be okay taking Bam. My main point is that I seriously doubt he falls to the 2nd rd like DX is currently showing. I'm sure he'll rise when he works out.

I'm liking Diallo if he stays in and gets to 24. The Jazz should be adding athletic upside where they can. There are a bunch of guys in the 20s that are appealing -- Mitchell, Lydon, Jackson, Ojeleye, maybe Bam if he's there, Swanigan... These all look like good rotation players.

I'd take several of these ahead of Justin Jackson from UNC.

I'd take a chance on Diallo. Definite swing for the fences type pick. my issue with him is that like Exum, he didn't dominate in HS - I certainly wouldn't take him #5 overall for that reason, but at 24 or 30, yeah, i'm good with it. and because he's an explosive, above the rim leaper he has a higher ceiling the Dante too.

First time i saw his highlights, DeShawn was the first name that came to mind. they are pretty similar coming out of HS, but that doesn't mean they have to be similar going forward. DeShawn never was a consistently good shooter and never developed as a scorer - if Diallo can develop in those areas, he could be very good. But even though Deshawn was somewhat disappointing to me and other fans, dude played 13 seasons in the league and was a rotation guy most of the time - that isn't bust for the 23rd pick in the draft.
