If the Jazz really want Semi, they likely have to take him at 24, as they can't expect him to slip to 30. There are so few decent wings in this draft, Semi is likely to go in the mid-20s.

Likewise, I wouldn't expect Ferguson or Pasecniks to make it all the way to 30 either, assuming you like either of those guys in the first place.

A guy who might slip to #30 that I like is Kurucs. San Antonio could be choosing between Wilson and Kurucs, and the one they pass on will be there at 30. Maybe one out of Kurucs, Wilson and Pasecniks is available at 30. Both the Euros could be stash candidates.

Hopefully someone takes Rabb in that range and pushes a player we like back a spot.

I think Jawun Evans is likely to go in the 30s, so if the Jazz like him, they'd need to take him at 30.

If the Jazz did take another PG, I think they'd go for someone with more size to switch on defense and to get to the rim, even if the skills aren't all there. I think they'd get a guy in the 2nd round like Simmons or the combo guard Cy mentioned.

Also keep an eye on the Blakeney kid from LSU late in the 2nd round, if not Hart at 42. The Villanova kid is another possibility late in the 2nd.

They will at least try Exum as backup PG for another year. Neto is there too. I expect them to re-sign Hill or trade for a starter. Better to get a big combo guard like White who can play two positions.

I like Evans as a prospect but I'm just not sure he fits our system. He's more of a traditional PG.

Just watched the DX video on Swanigan... I just like that guy. I rarely watch college BBall but remember a game early in the year watching that guy and being impressed. Love his back story... love guys that fight through stuff off the court. Guy has grit... in the second round I'm rooting to get him.

Probably crazy but I think there is some Kevin Love to him. I think he tightens things up a bit in the NBA. I just like that he can shoot, pass, and can punish people on the offensive glass. You won't be able to put a wing on him... if he can become adequate on defense I think he's a steal.

He has flaws for sure... I just think there is a uniqueness and combo that could be unlocked and be great... well, great for a second round guy.

So this Fultz to work out in Sacramento thing is weird and has me a little worried Boston is up to something. I don't think they would do 5/10/WCS for #1, but they might break up the asset and used #5 or #10 to acquire Paul George.

I mean if they did a Crowder, #10, Smart, Cap Filler, and maybe their draft and stash guys for PG does Indiana get better than that later? Could be a three team deal that dumps Monta Ellis' contract on Sacramento as well.

If they walk into the meeting with Hayward with PG and still kept the #5 pick, plus kept Bradley IT and the 2018 BKN pick... that would not be ideal.
