I'm all for drafting someone who can create a shot or draw fouls consistently. I like Joe Johnson's resurgence as much as the next guy, but he's like the only person we have besides Hayward who can create a look and score the damn ball.

I'd argue it's insane it didn't happen a long time ago, How many talking heads do you really need to put infront of the camera? I could do a lot of those people who got laid off jobs, with no experience, especially Fords, I'm much better looking than most of em too(fit for TV)... He was a fraud anyway, I hope the deadspin article played a part in letting him go.. Everyone on this website knows that If u gave me the resources that Chad Ford had, I'd do a much ****ing better job and I'd choose my words much more carefully than he did, I'd have put nearly every waking hour into ensuring that too because I love this ****...

Disney is a great company with a hallowed tradition of EXCELLENT management, their CEO Bob Iger is one of the most well-spoken CEO's I've ever heard. I pinpointed $DIS as the best/safest company on the Dow about 7 years ago, my case was simple - this is basically a monopoly... it's been a MAJOR out-performer ever since, it's liek quadrupled in that time, maybe even more. My initial entry point was $27 it stands at $115. That was the only investment I made and recommended (I was doing high frequency trading at the time)

No, this is much more off-base than your thinking. Hami is a better athlete, he's stronger, Archie was very thin, their demeanors are different too. Hamidou is what I'd classify as a "Warlord Wing" Archie is not that.

If there is a question whether a guy is a four or a five they will almost always be better at the five.

Not sure I like the idea of drafting bam if we are trying to play him at the four.

If we want a guy with big muscles take Semi... really like his game. Think he could be a steal.

This is definitely not true. There's tons of examples in the league (Anthony Davis and KAT are two that immediately come to mind, I'd say Porzingis too)

There's many more on the way in the 2018 draft that will disprove this theory too

Ike would be a crowd favorite no doubt, he's real smart too and will be the youngest player in the league next season. Bolomboy is a nobody in comparison.

Jonathan Jeanne is definitely IN. Has this been discussed? It really should be. There's not players like him in every draft... for sure.

Him and Anibogu are 2 of the only bigs I really like the fit for in Utah (that could possibly be had).

I;m quite sure Jeanne is not gonna be a bust.. I mean lets bring it back to Karl Malone's comments about Saer Sene... What do you think he'd say about this kid...

I do think Jeanne in a way could be like Rudy, where he falls but in fact he's really safe and a part of the fall is due to him being an international guy..


The Bucks lost that series but the display of how effective length can be was obvious.. With Jeanne who I believe is more of a PF than a C at this point, Utah could really have this insane twin towers look and both he and rudy are super light on their feet, It'd be a nightmare for a team like the Bucks to play us..


also he's not definitely in but French PG Elie Okobo who I've hyped before and had in the mocks is testing the Waters.. He'd be a GREAT 2nd rd pick, he's physically built just like George Hill (a lefty tho)

I predict that Disney will offer TV packages direct to the consumer online within 2 years.

Rumors are that Woj and his "The Vertical" team are going to ESPN. I wonder if ESPN might end up doing a partnership with DX (like the Woj currently has now with DX). Seems weird they would axe their sole NBA draft person, they must have something in the works.
