I'd compare it to some Knicks ****.. I've seen this movie before... They blew smoke up the fans asses about trying to beat LeBron in a similar fashion..

It's one of them or both.. He rallied the troops and led them straight into a slaughter. The SMART MOVE was obviously to fold and wait to fight another year, Instead he did the opposite, he put the pedal to the metal and ran it straight into a brick wall.

Cold hard fact; George Hill's a good player, but compared to Chef Curry he's not all that much better than Exum..
 
I can't believe how much blame is thrown around on this board but no one seems to want to point the finger at the architect and cartographer Lindsey.. I would've drafted Gobert in that spot, it's not impressive to me, I'd say it was obvious, I said months before the draft he looked lottery quality.. If you choose to believe otherwise, so be it, it's just a theory, my comments were said in real time tho, I have nothing to hide..

In fact I said I was gonna quit rooting for the jazz if they drafted Burke(EVERYONE IN THOSE DRAFTEES THREADS KNOWS THIS....), but when they drafted Rudy I said they just saved the draft and now I'm still on board....

I'd have taken Hood too. I was jumping up and down chanting "Hood" before that pick came in..

I'm just a nobody on the internet, U could never convince me he's done a better job than I would've either.. Give me those resources, I'll turn lemons to lemonade... I'd have taken a pittance in pay too just because i'm underqualified, I'd have been able to work within whatever budget they set too.. I'd have poured every ounce of my being to ensure the proper moves were made, I don't have some family or a real social life, I'd have been there 24 ****ing 7, just to demonstrate my dedication. And no matter what I'd never have co-signed a WIN NOW tactic on a 1 year outlook, because I understood the capacity of the threat is infact out of reach, the 2 3 4 and 5 year outlooks are much more important. I'd have stepped down if they tried to force my hand on going for it too, it's simply the wrong move. I called it in ****ing real time, right at the draft..
 
It must feel so good up on your throne with the Jazz having lost. I still don't understand why you aren't a general manager of a professional basketball team building the next "super team". Imagine if you did it in a small market such as ours with everything working against you, your head would literally explode! My guess is we'd still be in the gutter with a person such as yourself at the helm, and the organization would be broke.

DL has done extremely well with what he has to work with and I applaud his efforts. This is a quality team with great upside. Go Jazz!

Your take is complacent. Do you deny that he could've done better? Because I'm sure I could've done better even with my current resources. look at the difference in our resources, U give me all those professionals to work with I'd catch up to speed SUPER QUICK, i'm a quick study, I wouldn;t even sleep..

Trey Burke is my trump card. That was a grievous error, no? or will you admit no fault?

There was clear evidence of DELUSIONS OF GRANDEUR with the trey burke pick(I sounded the alarm MONTHS in advance on this and every bit of it came to pass)... (which is surely an aspersion you cast upon me, big difference is I do this for fun, he doest this and gets paid millions and puts his name/professional legacy on the line..)

I'd have done a better job as the GM of the Knicks at 17 years old. For sure, I'd still be holding the position. They're way worse than Utah and u could argue coinflips are better than what they did, but still the point remains.. When I make moves I strike with the force of my dead relatives at my back, u don;t know who you're talking to, If you did you surely wouldn't doubt me, I've proven my point many times over and am just runnng victory laps at this point, thats why I say, they couldve paid me in sour patch kids.
