For people like me that bothered to watch all the games last year, the one thing we can probably agree on is Millsap played too many minutes last year. For Millsap to be the Millsap we want him to be 35mpg is too much. He is probably more like a 27mpg player.
I say you put Millsap on the bech and bring him in at about the 4 minute mark of the first period and play him at the 3. Then you slide him to the 4 for the second period and let him match up against the other teams back-up 4. Millsap wins that battle 9 times out of 10. And depending on the match up he finishes.
If he can't accept this role then trade him.
I have 12 by my count. With 3 maybe's. My biggest problem is that out of the 12 teams only 4 of them are in the playoffs.

Even if Millsap wouldn't start on a lot of teams, he would get minutes on every team in the league. He has value whether it's as a starter or coming off the bench. I can't see the Jazz separating with Millsap, but then again we couldn't see them separating from Deron.
