Exum Putting In Some Work

Just have him dribble and drive left handed over and over and take jump shots off the dribble over and over - it is those two things that will make or break dante

P3. I don't see how anyone can look at the work Hayward, Kanter and Gobert have put in at P3 and come away thinking that there's a better option out there. Exum, Lyles, Neto, Bolomboy and Hood should be living there right now.

LA is just a better spot to workout. More NBA players there to train with and learn from. Most of Hayward's work isnt done at P3. I'm pretty sure P3 is mostly used as a testing center and reference point. I dont think any Jazz player has stayed in the P3 area for anything more than a week or two, from what I read.

Some of you guys just need to shut up. All you do is hate. Hate on what he's doing, where he's doing it, how he's doing it, what it's accomplishing, etc. Be positive or stfu.

You realize Ron runs (owns?) his own sports performance company in Utah, right? He's not just any dingaling spouting his opinion.

Some of them have/ will train longer but you are right, the Jazz more often use them for testing and just showing them workouts they should be doing. I think the players that use them longer get a big benefit from them. If he wants to train in LA though there are some good places there as well. I think there are many places as good as P3. Although I am very partial to their focus on post activation potentiation oriented complex training. The down side is P3 tends to get too fancy with some of their stuff.

He needs to shoot 10s of thousands of corner threes this off season. I would love for him to learn a little floater in the lane too so he doesn't have to drive hard and fall awkwardly to the floor whenever he drives the lane.

I would like to see that as well. He needs to become a solid three point shooter. He does have a floater but it is very awkward looking.

Well, at least Exum has an early start. If he works hard all off-season and is mentored by people who know what they're doing there's bound to be improvements.

It's the ugliest thing I've ever seen. Well, OK... I exaggerated... but you get what I mean.

To be honest watching exum breath during the games he needs some serious high altitude training. I understand going to LA to work out but there is a reason runners train in high altitude.

Atleast get him wearing the breathing restrictors they have now.

I cant wait for the Jazz new training facility to be built.

The breathing restrictors are ineffective and dangerous.
