All that would necessarily be discovered in making appropriate charges and arriving at a verdict and a punishment. Lying is bad. Lying to law enforcement is a law written into the police codebooks of offenses. It's always the first thing the cop writes down. I've questioned how laws against lying to the police or law enforcement can stand up to the right to not incriminate yourself. So was there some rationale behind say, a Flynn "lie", like oh a conversation about the Jazz basketball team is not the kind of thing you're required to disclose.
