Gordon on moving to Celtics

It is hard, yet he did it every year. Boozer was our best player the year we went to the conference finals.

Boozer was our best player when we lucked out and played the 8th seed to reach the conference finals, just to be leveled 4-1.

Tell me something, if Booz was so good, why wasn't he capable of replicate his success in another venue? If AK was so bad, why was he Eurobasket 2007 champion and MVP?

Lol, that was weaker competition that is why ak did okay there. He has 0 success in the NBA when it mattered. Boozer played his prime years here. He did go downhill with Chicago but still played okay at times with them including the playoffs.

But yes even if Jazz got lucky to meet an 8 see boozer still carried a team to win multiple playoffs series including upsetting Houston. The same series ak cried after in the press conference.

I know AK fans loved him and will defend him to the end but AK was definitely worse than Hayward and boozer.

AK at his best was a role player on a decent team or the best player on a crappy team.

Both Hayward and boozer lead there teams to playoff series wins.

Also AK left Utah at about the same age as boozer. Boozer had more success post Jazz than AK did. So that argument hurts AK more than boozer. Maybe ak only had minor success because of Utah's system.

Boozer's worst playoffs were better than aks best.

Hayward did more for the Jazz than JJ did.

Not in the Clippers' series. It was JJ who saved Utah's butt and carried the team in the 4th quarter.

Hayward is a very good player for 43 minutes. But his sphincter often tightens in the last 5. I'm not saying this is always the case: he's hit some game winners. But now he's going to a situation where he can put up his numbers and then have IT take over down the stretch. It fits him perfectly.

Boozer success in Chicago? Lol. I dare you to ask any Bulls fan about the "success" of Boozer in Chicago.

And let me remind you that AK's Eurobasket title AND MVP was playing against Pau Gasol, you know, that same weaker competition that Boozer struggled every year.

But you're right, maybe AK only had minor success because of Utah's system, the fact that his best years, his Euro title and MVP were playing PF instead of SF is evidence of how the system screwed him and he was unable to adapt to the situation.

Lol Euro title is your best argument that AK is better? Then you bring up that he played against 1 NBA player past his prime. Terrible argument.

Again boozer was bad in Chicago but he did more for that team in the playoffs than AK ever did in the NBA ever.

Why wasn't ak better when he played for Minny? Or Brooklyn? Those systems were bad *** well?

Where was Hayward in the crucial game to make the playoffs against the Clippers third team at the end of 2015-2016 reagular season?
Laid an egg along with the entire team. Not sure what point you are making. One game doesn't really mean much.

Hayward was our best player in the playoffs this year. There are plenty of things I dislike about him and I'm not sad he is gone but that is still a fact.

He was great in the playoffs this year and had a really good all star level season this year and too one of the most injured teams to the second round of the playoffs.

AK got a team to the lottery at his peak at 22 then went downhill. He never had a real impact in the NBA in the playoffs.

People have some rose colored glasses for ak I guess.
