Harassment? Am I missing something here? Odd coming from the guy threatening to beat me to death telling justthetip he is a worthless poster an babe she/he does not matter as a person.

I consider trolling a form of harassment.

I'm here because I like to be here. When someone comes in with a fake persona with the intent to reduce the enjoyability others take in being here what would you call that. Boris is not just a guy expressing his honest opinions, he's here to get under people's skin, aggravate and take joy in other people's frustration.

Big boy panties are on tight.

So ignore him.

You don't have to be bothered by him, you are choosing to do so. It's very easily avoided. Myself? If I see a Boris post, I just skip it. Or you could put him on ignore.

I don't want to ignore him. I think you're taking my comments differently than I'm intending them. It's not like I curl up in a ball and cry myself to sleep due to "harassment." Harassment has many levels. Boris is a ****ty poster on a message board I spend a good bit of time on. If he was just a ****ty poster because that's just who Boris is then that would be one thing. But he's here to troll and annoy. I'm just calling it like I see it. I've never asked for him to be banned, although I have reported things I think crossed the line.

When he made particularly disgusting anti-LGBTQ comments that I found especially reprehensible I neg-repped him saying something to the effect that I'd like to beat him with a bat. I think the comments he made are part of what cause elevated levels of violence against LQBTQ people and within that community transgender people are even more likely to be assaulted and murdered. So in my opinion his joke wasn't funny. His troll contributed to attitudes that make violence against LGBTQ people acceptable. It wasn't innocent and it wasn't okay.

I think Boris should know that at least some of us think his troll account is pure garbage. That probably makes him happy.
 
So he says something stupid to get a reaction, and you respond with a threat of violence?

Wrong. You threatened to beat me to death an my comment did nothing to instigate violence toward transgendered. Your comments were that of a denier. You were incival an disregarded logic. edited
