Here are my predictions for the up-coming season:


NBA Champions: Golden State Warriors


Awards:

MVP: Kevin Durant
Darkhorse: Blake Griffin

DPOY: Rudy Gobert

ROTY: Ben Simmons

MIP: Thon Maker

6th man OTY: Nick Young

Leading Scorer: Kyrie Irving

Coach of the Year: Quin Snyder


Other Predictions:

- Cavs don't make the finals
- Jazz make the Playoffs (4th seed)
- Houston and Minnesota have underwhelming seasons (5th-10th seeds)
- 76's finish as a top 4 seed in the East
- Rudy Gobert makes his 1st All-Star game
- Quin Snyder finally gets a technical
- Rudy averages 20/20 for a month of the season
- Ben Simmons averages a triple double for the season
 
Some of those are pretty good. You're way off about the Rockets, though. And that Simmons triple-double **** is ridic
 
I think Kawhi wins MVP this year.

Harden got CP3 on his team now and Westbrook has George. That leaves Kawhi as the last remaining top tier star to not have another star of some kind on his team.

Mitchell is playing 30 mpg by seasons end and averages 15 ppg
Hood barely loses MIP and closes in on 20 ppg
Utah is the best non "super team" in the league

Rudy 20/20 for a month sounds good. I'll go 20/15 though.

- Minny and Philly show glimpses of the future. Both make the playoffs. Both win games in the playoffs.

Oh, good catch. I dont actually think he will win ROY, just being a homer. But he probably will average around 10 ppg. Ill still leave it at 7 players, he might bump one of those guys out. Probably burks or JJ.
