Haha, point taken. I remember you had your doubts when he made the roster. None of us had any clue about him. Glad to see how he adjusted to the NBA and things come easy for him now. He does so many things well (except dunking haha). A savvy, great all-around player that any team would love to have, especially contenders.
OH yeah, I thought he was a scrub his first year. I was totally wrong on that.
He has improved his game dramatically, or maybe it was just believing he belonged in the league.

That first year he played afraid of making mistakes, not creating for others and passing up one good shot after another. It was a bit frustrating to see. He has improved so much.
He worked on his catch and shoot and his shot release mechanics. He really did improve. It wasn't all mental.

He talked about that in a recent Lowe podcast. In Europe his teams had two or three coaches total, so no-one got individual coaching. In the NBA they have so many staff that everyone gets individual coaching whenever they want, so this is the first time he's been able to work on improving his shot.
Yeah, I wasnt surprised when he said that, but I can't believe they wouldn't have shooting machines.

Yup, it was both. It took him forever to shoot. His release is much quicker now
