If they really want Shump gone and he is an issue for them, then they are not losing anything but the Brooklyn pick AND they are gaining two quality vets for their title run. The Brooklyn pick will barely be a lottery pick so it's worth it. They might keep Favors and Thabo for next year if they work out.

I completely disagree. Lebron very well may bolt. Knowing that could happen, there's no way they're trading perhaps their best asset.

Look it sucks being in the middle. We are close enough to landing in the 6-8 spot that we should make a few tank moves. Picking between one of the Bridges, Sexton, Jackson, Bamba is much better than Knox, Musa, Carter, etc. Maybe someone gives a godfather offer to move up like the rumored Charlotte deal years ago... and we get multiple chances at getting contributors.

Would give us a 10-20 percent chance at landing in the top 3... If that happens its Doncic, Young, Porter time and we never look back.

It's tank season move Favs, Thabo, Hood, Joe Jesus... bring up Bradley play O'Neale and go iso-AB in all the non-DM minutes. Give Ricky the greenest of green lights from three. Hold Gobert out an extra few weeks.

Correct. They care about one thing... beating GSW. DMC is the one dude that could be available that could also cause issues for them.

Outside of that Cavs are basically a team that is one Curry or Durant ankle sprain away from a legit shot at a title... and no one else they could get would really move them out of that category.
