The profanity filter is ridiculous, Infection. One of the Jazz's all-time great heroes' favorite words was **** -- of course, everyone knows who I'm talking about, Jerry Sloan. You would think after George Carlin's routine, "The Seven Dirty Words," people would be less rigid about profanity. It's outdated. Sure words have power and are indicative of deep-seated emotion, and they can be hurtful. But I think the nursery rhyme we heard as kids makes the most sense: "Sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will never hurt me."

I’m excited. Really anxious to see how we respond after the Portland game. Kind of worried about the refs. Don’t care how they call it, whether it’s tight or they let everything go. Just want to see consistent calls on both ends.

the NBA will have a big say in this series, good or bad. if they want PG13 in LA I think the jazz will get the majority of the calls. if they want OKC to be the darling of the small markets ten they will. either way the NBA has been horribly officiated for years... it is getting better tho.

Even if we get the short end of the stick on calls it won't dictate us winning or not. Whoever plays better will win this series.
